The purpose of this project is to build out the various teams by recruiting volunteers and Leaders to engage in the project of their choice, This would be an excellent place for new first time volunteers to get their feet wet in getting envolved, While working this project, the Project Officer would be exposed to all the projects and become familiar with their charters,
