The Broad Problem: Approximately 50% of HCRP Precincts have no precinct Chair

The Real Problem: We failed to get them,  Lack of interest etc.

Target Population:  Strong Republicans, existing PCs 

Project Synopsis: The scope of this project is to fill as many Vacant Precinct Chair positions within our general geographic area as possible.  Our Priorities right naow are Precincts 103, 531, 820.
