    The Broad Problem: Failure to secure the Swing voter.

    The Real Problem:  We failed to get the Swing & Independent Voters out to vote

    Target Population:  Harris County Swing Voters

    Project Synopsis: The scope of this project is simply reach out to the Swing voters.

    Historically; our grassroot efforts have been spent solidifying the base.  There are more Swing voters in Harris County than there are Red and Blue voters combined.  Red votes Red, Blue votes Blue.  It is the Swing vote that determines the winners.
